In 2016 Rid was working on a album called Red Flower. Unfortunately he wasn’t able to release the album for his fans due to management. Rid changed his target and started going to studio working on a mixtape. He felt his mixtape was better than the standard, he thought his mixtape should of been ah album. Hence the title SOBAA.
